“Gibier such as duck, quail and deer, with thick sauce in the winter. Lightly roasted salmon and seafood with seasonal vegetables in the spring. We serve seasonal food in traditional way of cooking.
The restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Also, sometimes events are planned such as French wine seminar and special dinner. At wine seminar with a sommelier, you can learn culture and history of vinery with wine tasting. Their dishes paired with wines are also popular.
La Brasserie produces exotic atmosphere and makes you feel like wondering in somewhere in Paris. Also, everyone can stroll in the property of the institution.
